mk16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for cause, mk16 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, mk16 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
